Etching Signed

I have an original colored etching titled “les affaires sont les affaires” but cannot make out the artist.

The etching is of a child on a toilet reading the papers.The etching is signed, but I can’t make it out – The name starts with an I, it almost looks like Irwyn and last name R_son. It’s hard to tell. Can anyone direct me as to how I would find information about the artist?

This was not difficult to find thru google. Try harder next time. I quoted the source below.
According to Google, the etching is by Georges Redon. But there isn’t a lot of info available about the artist.
